1. Services Overview

FrogJump is a LinkedIn-driven growth system offering services under HOP (Visibility), JUMP (Credibility), and LEAP (Trust). All services are delivered based on defined scope and user inputs.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, share required inputs on time, and use services ethically. Delays in inputs may impact outcomes and timelines.

3. Service Execution

FrogJump combines automation with expert-led manual execution including targeting, messaging strategy, and engagement planning. Execution is based on iPOTT’s experience and platform best practices.

4. Platform Dependency

Services depend on external platforms like LinkedIn. Changes in platform policies, algorithms, or restrictions are beyond our control and may impact outcomes.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Pricing may vary across INR and USD. Billing cycles will be defined at purchase.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Once service execution begins, refunds are generally not applicable.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, strategic, and operational information shared during engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, strategies, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of iPOTT unless explicitly transferred.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for platform changes, indirect losses, or outcomes beyond our control.

10. Data & Privacy

Use of services is governed by our Privacy Policy, including online and offline data collection practices.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services in case of misuse or breach of terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
