Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st June 2026

1. Nature of Service

FrogJump is a service-led execution model involving strategy, setup, and ongoing campaign activities.

2. Before Service Starts

If cancellation is requested before any work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting processing fees.

3. After Service Starts

Once setup or execution begins (campaign setup, targeting, outreach), refunds are generally not applicable.

4. Billing Cycle

For monthly services, no refunds apply for the active billing cycle once work has started. Users may choose not to renew for the next cycle.

5. Partial Delivery

If services cannot be delivered due to internal constraints, a fair partial refund may be evaluated based on work completed.

6. User Delays

Delays in providing inputs, approvals, or access do not qualify for refunds.

7. Platform Dependency

Changes in LinkedIn or other platform policies, restrictions, or performance do not qualify for refunds.

8. LEAP Services (High-Ticket)

LEAP involves deeper strategic engagement. Payments made for LEAP are non-refundable once onboarding or consultation begins.

9. Cancellation

Users may discontinue services anytime, but no refunds apply for completed or ongoing billing periods.
